The driver needs to have an international drivers license and you need a helmet for each person.

Check the internet before hiring, if you have a problem go to the khatu police station for assistance.
Be polite, do not shout or get too close, speak slowly and with respect.
Ask to speak with an international volunteer.They will organize for speaker of your language.
Do not tell the police a lie, it will become more difficult for you.
